The Don Beer Arena project was composed of a 513 square meter addition and a 720 square meter renovation. The scope of work included renovated dining facilities, new change rooms and a new front entrance.
The York Centre for Children, Youth and Families
Client: York Region District School Board
Location: Richmond Hill Ontario
The York Centre project involved a 1386 square meter addition as well as a 598 square meter renovation. The project consisted of a new single story expansion with mechanical penthouse. The interior renovation was conducted in a heritage designated building, requiring extensive underpinning and refurbishment.
