For this vacant space restoration the primary scope comprised of returning 7,000 sqft of office area back to the original warehouse space. We also prepared the remaining 8,000 sqft of office space to prepare it for the leasing market. Other work included a complete high bay lighting LED replacement, kitchen construction and sprinkler modifications. The project was leased successfully within a month of project completion.
